We are anxious to help you with your technical problems. In addition to providing a form for you to submit questions below, to be answered by e-mail, we have also included a list of the most common problems that users have encountered with the I-CARE system. If your problem is extremely urgent, you may ask for an I-CARE technical support person at the Polytechnic Research Institute for Development and Enterprise (PRIDE) main number: (718) 260-3920.

There are other resources you can use to try and overcome your problems. The User Manual for the I-CARE system is available in PDF on the I-CARE home page.

There is a tutorial for users and faculty members interested in I-CARE, including an entire I-CARE system for experimenting with, at the Demo site. A list of Frequently Asked Questions by faculty is available in the Faculty Lounge. And if your technical question concerns the Internet or the World Wide Web in general, you can access the Online Resources, within the courses.

If you are having trouble accessing all course Welcome pages, the problem is likely to be your browser. Consult the System Requirements for a list of browsers that can access the I-CARE system and download an appropriate one for use with I-CARE.
